It is a very different ANZAC Day that we found ourselves in given our Coronavirus driven restrictions. Club members stood with candles and torches at the end of their driveways in the approaching dawn to pay respect to those that made the sacrifice on our behalf. Our esteemed Club musician Vic Pitman-Jones played the Last Post and Reveille in his driveway (on trombone) and the indefatigable Rick Hattam laid a wreath at the Boer War memorial in Latrobe Terrace on behalf of the Club. We couldn't hold our usual dawn service at the memorial this year but we will return!
